
Spa Etiquette We ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum to ensure a peaceful ambiance in the spa at all times. Mobile phones must be turned off at all times.

Reservations To avoid disappointment we recommend you book your treatment in advance by calling us on (08) 9586 9058. If you are not sure what to choose we will be very happy to select the right treatment for your needs. We send you an SMS reminder the day before your appointment, so you can change, confirm or cancel your appointment via SMS, the day before only.
Arrival times Please arrive at the Spa 10-15 minutes before your treatment is due to start to give you time to change and begin to unwind. We invite you to make full use of our facilities before and after your treatment. Late arrival may mean we are unable to honour your booking, or your treatment time may need to be reduced.
Reservation and cancellation conditions To secure your reservation we will hold your credit card details. We understand that sometimes it is necessary for you to change your schedule. 24 hours notices is preferred if you need to cancel or change your appointment. To avoid the full fee of your treatment being charged to your credit card we require no less than 8 working hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. A no show will be charged for the full price of their scheduled treatment. Gift vouchers will be deemed void if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment.
Payments We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS, visa and MasterCard. We regret that we do not take cheques. All appointments over an hour will require a us to hold your credit card details on file.
Spa attire Guests normally undress to their underwear, and gowns and slippers are provided for your use in the Spa. Gowns are used in the treatment rooms and our therapists are trained to drape you to ensure your privacy and comfort at all times. Disposable underwear is supplied for guests having body treatments. Please leave all valuables at home, we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
Gift certificates Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
Late Arrivals Arriving late to your appointment may mean we cannot complete your entire treatment. We strongly encourage an early arrival to ensure your treatment is completed as scheduled.
Refund Policy All treatments once paid for are non refundable, non transferable and non exchangeable. We reserve the right to refuse treatments to guests that arrive intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. Treatments and prices are subject to change. Please be aware that by making an appointment at Ganeesha Spa you acknowledge these terms and conditions.
